Aadhaar card is a 12-digit number unique identification number issued to the citizens of India by the UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India), the Government of India. The card stores personal details in the government database for citizen services and public welfare.
Open google home page and search UIDAI Or How To Find Aadhar Number With Mobile Number.
After this, you need to click on https://uidai.gov.in which appears as a first in the google results as shown above.
Go To The Option Aadhaar Services in the My Aadhaar Menu
Go to the option Aaadhaar services in the My aadhaar menu and click on the option Retrieve Lost Or Forgotten EID/UID
Here you find two options
Enter your full name as mentioned in the documents.
Here you have two choices to give contact information
Enter the captcha which is shown to you, as you see in the above image.
Click on Send OTP button to get the one time password on your registered mobile number.
Enter OTP received on your mobile number as shown above.
Now, You Got Your Aadhar Number (UID) Or Enrollment Number (EID).
