Hrithik Roshan was born and grew up in Bombay on 10 January 1974. He belongs to a Punjabi family. His family worked in Bollywood for many years as his grandfather was a music director and his father is a film director and an actor. Hrithik’s mother is also a daughter of a producer and a director.

Hrithik Roshan completed his schooling with Bombay Scottish School Mahim and became a graduate from Sydenham College with a commerce stream. He feels a little embarrassed with his extra thumb in his right that’s why he is taking speech therapy on daily basis.
