Surbhi debuted in the Tv show "Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chasma" in 2009 where she performed the role of Sweety after that she had her 1st key role in "Qubool Hai" as Haya which also make her very popular.

Surbhi Chandna is popular for her playing of Annika Oberoi in "Ishqbaaz" and Bani Singhania in the tv show "Naagin 5".

Surbhi plays the character in "Qubool Hai" who is deaf and dumb as Haya in Zee TV's serial from 2014 to 2015. After that In the year 2015, Surbhi played "Aamna Khan" in her debut Bollywood film Bobby Jasoos with Bollywood actress Vidya Balan. Surbhi Chandna worked in Star Plus's serial "Ishqbaaz" from 2016 to 2018.
